• Introductory Activity" Brainstorm when students have experienced grief
• Define Steps and Sequences of Skill

1. Find a trusted grownup to talk with.
2. Share your feelings of grief-some mental, some physical.
3. Feel free to express your sadness and anger. You may even feel guilty.
4. Get advice.
5. Consider positive things you can do.
6. Give yourself time to heal.
7. Consider professional help.
